Antti Blom, Programme Director, Joy in Motion -programme, Finnish Schools on the Move -programme and Students on the Move -programme. Finnish Schools on the Move is a national action programme aiming to establish a physically active culture in Finnish comprehensive schools. Schools and municipalities participating in the programme implement their own individual plans to increase physical activity during the school day. Antti leaded Schools on the Move -program implementation for over ten years at every level; administration, local level and schools. Now he is responsible of coordinating the whole “On the Move programmes” in Finland and he is working in Finnish National Agency for Education. Antti is father of three daughters. He loves ice hockey and in summer time gardening.

Arthur LE GALL is director at KEA and co-founder of the b.creative network, an international network of creative entrepreneurs. He holds a MA from Sciences Po Lille (FR) in European Affairs and obtained a BA in Politics & International Relations from Kent University (UK). His work focuses on the analysis and evaluation of culture and sport policies at European and local levels. He is also managing the development of several European projects in the field of culture, creative industries and sport (ERASMUS+, Creative Europe, Horizon 2020, COSME). He is the main coordinator of the SHARE initiative since 2017, which analyses the contribution of sport to local and regional development and improve access to structural funds for the sport sector.
He participated, amongst other projects, to research assignments in the field of sports, including sport statistics: studies for DG EAC on traditional sports and games and on specificity of sports (2016), on the economic and legal aspects of transfers of players in Europe (2013), and on innovative sport practices (DG EAC, 2021).
He previously worked for the legal department of OFI AM (France), where he was specialised in alternative investments and is a guest lecturer at Cergy-Pontoise University, University of Lille (France) on European cultural projects for regions and cities, and at the Audencia business school on European sport policies.

I am the current President of the Swedish Paralympic Committee and the Swedish Parasport Federation, Vice President of the European Paralympic Committee as well as Member at large of the Swedish Sports Confederation.
In my entire career I have been working with the importance of sport and physical activity for people with impairment and have a Master of Science in psychosocial work in health care.
Since birth I have a physical impairment which means that I am missing my left forearm and leg and has deformities on the right leg and foot.
Within my profession I have been writing several studies about the importance of physical activities but also about obstacles for the targeted groups to be able to participate in sport and physical activities.
I have a special interest for women with different type of impairments in sport and for people with severe impairments to be able to participate in sports.
In the 1990: s I was active in sailing and competed in European Championship, World Championship and Paralympics in Atlanta, USA 1996 in sailing. My best result is a silver medal from European Championship and a bronze medal from World Championship.
I have a 25-year-old son and live in Stockholm.
